Combined objectives in one training session
This 30 minutes session includes warm up and practice.
DRIBBLING, PASSING, BALL CONTROL, SHOOTING, WALL PASS, CROSSING, 1V1 DRIBBLING, DEFENDING, TRANSITION
Methodology – progressing from easy to more difficult with variations.
Use of one pitch layout and training set up for all exercises. Coach has minimal preparation; players spend maximum time in action.
Action starts with the first player from the group next to the goalpost; he dribbles the ball between cones and passes the ball to the player positioned near the cone in front of him. Reciever controls the ball turning towards player on his left side and pass the ball to him. That player receives the ball forward, and after dribbling the ball between cones, passes the ball to the player positioned in the goal. He receives the ball and goes to the end of the starting group. All players involved in the action follow their pass moving to the next position.
Duration 5 minutes
After player dribbles the last cone, he passes the ball to player positioned in front the goal. Receiver turns and shoots at goal.
After player dribbles the ball through the last cone, he plays wall pass with player positioned in front the goal to shoot at goal.
After player dribbles the ball between last cone, he plays wall pass with the player positioned in front the goal who gives through pass for the cross.
After player dribbles the last cone, he plays wall pass with the player in front the goal and they play 1v1. If defender wins the ball he scores between two poles.

I really liked this drill and my U12 girls did too, it was a great way to combine fitness with balls skills and shooting. I had them run the course without the ball first just to get them warmed up and I also added in different types of shot, long drive, side foot to the corner etc.
Would love to get more drills like this one.
